Credovario Consultoría Financiera S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "Credovario"), with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 33, Col. Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO Rights). To exercise any of these rights, you must submit your request in writing to Credovario's Data Protection Department, via email at privacidad@credovario.com, indicating: (i) full name of the data subject; (ii) documents proving your identity; (iii) clear description of the data on which you wish to exercise any of the rights; (iv) any other information that facilitates the location of your data. Credovario will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days from its receipt.

Credovario implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access, or processing. Our digital platforms have SSL/TLS certificates, firewalls, and restrictive access controls. Authorized personnel with access to personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations.
